Dr. Jason Bosch

FOUNDER & OWNER

Jason has over 15 years of experience with coaching, teaching, and training individuals and teams. He has helped countless individuals and over 30 businesses, educational institutions, and government and nonprofit agencies elevate their teamwork and performance. Jason specializes in team development programs, visioning and strategic planning, coaching, and speaking. He has impacted thousands of people through his coaching, trainings, workshops, educational programs, team development experiences, and speeches, and he has taught leadership courses at two universities.

Jason has a bachelor's degree in sociology from Wichita State University, a master's degree in higher education leadership from the University of Arkansas, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Wichita State University. His doctoral research explored the challenges and opportunities of implementing an adaptive leadership model at all levels within an organization. He has certifications in leadership coaching and advanced leadership development through the Kansas Leadership Center, and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
